House Rules, Fees & Fines:

• Home run rule is 3 home runs per game per team and then an out.
• We have omitted the SPN 1 and 1 rule, all batters will start with zero strikes and zero balls.
• Forfeit Rule: Team captains are responsible to let their div rep and the opposing team captain know if they cannot field a team by 12:00 PM (noon) on game days. If a game is forfeited after 12:00 PM, the forfeiting team will be fined $50.00 and it must be paid before the next game is played.
• Each player must have 7 regular season games played before eligible for playoffs
•  $100.00 non refundable Playoff call dispute fee (will be refunded if protesting team found in favor of challenged call)
• $100.00 fee for any teams that do not show up or are thrown out of Playoffs or tournaments without approved exception by League executives.
• Each team will be accountable for any fines or violations regarding alcohol at non licensed diamonds.
• $100.00 Bat penalty for illegal or disallowed bats or other non certified equipment for 1st offense and team will forfeit the current game, captains to submit proof to executive that the bat has been removed and fee paid. The 2nd offense, team will be banned from the league for the remainder of the season and the executive will determine if they can return with a new bond the following season or any season thereafter.
• $100.00 fine for teams that do not have 2 representatives at the AGM's ($50.00 per rep) as per League Regulations
• Registration fee is $1000.00 per team, plus any outstanding fines
• Performance Bond of $100.00 held for all returning teams, unless forfeited due to fines or discontinue play with the league before registration close of current season. If bond is lost due to fines, the bond will have to be repaid before next seasons registration.
